Enriching Activities for Preschoolers in Encino

At Fun Two Three, we believe that preschool is not just care - but a time for discovery. Our carefully designed enrichments activities support language, motor, social, emotional, and cognitive development in a fu, safe environment.

Through guided discussions, stories, and group play, children learn about kindness, friendship, and cultural awareness. Our Russian preschool emphasizes empathy and cooperation as part of daily learning. 

Music enhances auditory discrimination memory, vocabulary, and self-expression.  Our students engage in songs, rhythm games, simple instruments, and movement to music.

 Children explore with paint, clay, mixed media, and seasonal themes. These art experiences strengthen hand-eye coordination, creativity, and decision-making skills. Offered weekly for all age groups, with special projects tied to holidays or seasons. 

Through guided movement and fun choreography, children learn coordination, rhythm, and self-confidence. Our Russian preschool dance sessions also celebrate cultural heritage with occasional folk-inspired routines. 

 In our garden corner, children plant, water, harvest, and observe insects. This nurtures scientific thinking, responsibility, and love of nature. 

 Using puppetry, role-play, and imaginative dramatization, children act out stories and scenarios. This fosters language skills, confidence, social insight, and narrative comprehension. 

Children enjoy hands-on experiences mixing, measuring, and preparing simple, healthy recipes. Cooking time at our Russian preschool helps develop math and sensory skills while teaching teamwork, safety, and independence. We occasionally include traditional Russian snacks to connect learning with culture and fun. 

 Children stretch, balance, and practice gentle yoga poses designed for preschoolers. These activities improve body awareness, coordination, and relaxation — a perfect balance to the busy day at our Russian daycare.

Our Tae Kwon Do program introduces preschoolers to discipline, balance, and respect through age-appropriate martial arts. Classes are taught in a fun, supportive way that builds confidence, coordination, and focus. This popular activity at our Russian daycare encourages healthy movement and a strong sense of self-control. 

 Our bilingual speech activities help children strengthen pronunciation, vocabulary, and expressive language in both Russian and English. Teachers use songs, stories, and games to make learning fun and natural. 

 Even our youngest learners are introduced to the basics of chess and logic games. These sessions strengthen memory, strategy, and concentration while keeping learning exciting and age-appropriate.
